I’m massively into the Gingham trend at the moment. I’m not completely sure why though… I found this pair of trousers in the back of my closet, which I bought a couple of years ago. Finally they are getting some attention as they have (almost) never been worn.

There is something about spring and skirts. It is just a bit more weather appropriate to wear them when the first signs of spring show (at least when we talk about the thin and flowy ones). This ruffled skirt, which I bought back in January (when it was still cold and miserable), has finally seen the daylight. As the ruffle trend is still going strong I know this is going to be a stable piece of mine this season.

Last thursday (on the 19th) it was my birthday and I met a couple of friends for lunch. I had such a nice day surrounded by family and friends and I couldn’t have asked for more. I can’t believe I am 20 years old now! Time flies by fast. This was what I wore. A classic outfit kept in blue tones including my new skirt from Filippa K which I bought on sale.

It is freezing out at the moment (also a bit to cold to wear this jacket), but I just had to show it to you anyway. I survived by wearing my beloved knit from Acne which is seriously the warmest and most cosy thing ever (see here is where I really need a replacement for the danish word “hygge”, since this knit is really “hyggelig”).
